My driver's side door handle has a scraped area of paint above where it
lifts up, like there is not enough clearance so the handle rubs there. The
passenger side is fine. Nothing appears bent.I did a search and could only find two other old messages from people
regarding the same problem, always on the driver's side too. But no one
had an answer. More distressing, is that one guy said he replaced his
handle, painted it, and the same scrape reappear after a short while. Could
it be a result of the repaint? Anybody have the same issue and know the cause or have a fix for it?
